Robin Swynnerton’s (Swynnertonia swynnertoni) endemic female & male – Bvumba, Zimbabwe

After searching then seeing the rare Swynnerton’s Robin darting around the undergrowth, suddenly it was in the open and then came so close I could not use my 520mm camera so I used my iPhone in rather dark undergrowth and canopy.  I did not realise it until later that I had captured both the female in the foreground while the male is at the lower rear of the frame.
