Neddicky (sthn western race race) (Cisticola fulvicapilla) male non breeding – Cape West South Africa

Could be confused with the Northern Race but as this was spotted in Western Cape I have concluded it is non breeding.  The Northern Race has a light underbelly but cream sides or light rufous.
