The only chance of seeing these Subsister Mesites is at the break of day before they return to their skulking activities in deep cover.  This unusual assembly of birds cuddling overnight was only made possible by local bird guides who tracked their location for us.  It was awe-inspiring. I returned after 15 minutes and they had gone!
