This map illustrates the various flights including ferry journeys around the Indonesian Archipelago. We travelled from London to Singapore then Jakarta with overnight stops then to Makassar.  All internal travel was done by tough 4×4 vehicles as the terrain was impassible for normal cars. As this area was the original Spice Islands I decided to select that area from the Archipelago.
