I used this photo for the model for my www.worldbirdphotos.com Logo. Another Hoopoe to add to my collection photographed at various countries! I have photograped all three Hoopoes:  African, Eurasian and Madagascar.  The Eurasian is noticeably different as it is paler than the other two.
