Falconet Pied (Microhierax melanoleucos) – Thailand

A rare sighting of these elusive birds, especially seeing a group on one tree.  Unfortunately it was almost dusk and raining so this is the best picture thus far.  Localy it is known as a Thai Black Falconet.
