Eagle-Owl Eurasian (Bubo bubo) nest -Kolpeck Pass, Kazakhstan

From the Park Wardens cottage we walked about 3km along and up the pass, all of a sudden Eurasian Eagle-Owl was flushed from the long grass and flew to this nest.  We waited for some time and the Eagle Owl took me quite by surprise as it as it flew direct over my head from its nest.
