The white droppings is indicative of a nest site.  This Peregrine Falcon has found a protected crevice in the rocks for its nest.  The mountain range overlooked a tundra plain that we had hiked around a limited area as Polar Bears had been present by the remains of Muskox or Reindeer seen at several spots.
