Frogmouth Sri Lanka (Batrachostomus moniliger) male & female – India

To find the Frogmouth requires a local guide.  Giresh Chandran of his Thattekkad Sanctury Jungle Bird Homestay (see my report in ‘Trip Advisor’) was excellent and on repeat visits he was able to find them even though they changed their day resting sites under low bushes in deep forest.
